Laurel PTO Notes
Minimum Days
Please remember that Monday, Tuesday, and
Wednesday, November 13-15, are minimum days at
school. Pick up your child promptly at 11:35. There
will be no lunch on these days, and afterschool
activities are suspended unless you have been
notified otherwise. Parent-Teacher conferences will
be held in the afternoons. You should have an
appointment with your teacher next week, unless
you have already held your conference.
Fall Clean-up Day
Fall Clean-up Day will be Saturday, November 18,
from 9 a.m. to noon. Meet at First Grade
Playground. We will be doing a variety of things from
cleaning ivy out of oak trees, trimming overhanging
plants, dividing perennials, sprucing up the area
outside the office with some new plants, and picking
up trash. Kids are welcome! Bring your gardening
tools!
