MPAEF Campaign Update
As we enter the last school week of the year, we want to give you an update on our fundraising campaign to date. So far, 619 families have generously contributed $1,027,958 to the Foundation. We're excited to have raised almost half of our yearly goal, but we're about 16% behind last year's campaign, so there's still work to be done. The unfortunate economic climate has contributed to drastic losses to our District, as you recently saw outlined in Ken Ranella's email. The money raised for the Foundation is key to avoiding personnel and program cuts. Every dollar given to the Foundation really does make a noticeable difference in the quality of education our children receive. If you've made your gift this year, we sincerely thank you. If you haven't yet, it's never too late at www.mpaef.org/donate. No gift is too large or small and all gifts are put to productive use as we strive to continue the tradition of excellence in our district. |
