Hot Lunch at Laurel
Children's Choice

The Laurel PTO has contracted with Children's Choice to provide hot lunch five days per week for all students, including AM Kinders.  Service will begin Tuesday, September 8th.  However, we highly encourage you to create your family's account as soon as possible.  This is the same vendor providing hot lunch at Encinal and Hillview, which we hope will streamline the lunch ordering process for many families. Orders and payments are made on the Children's Choice website.  Be sure to use the "Laurel" passcode when registering your Laurel student in your account. Families with an existing account can add a Laurel student by using the "Add School" feature in the "Manage Students" window in "My Account".

Volunteer Servers

In order to offer this service to parents and students, three (3) volunteer servers are needed each day (11:45am-12:45pm).  This is a fun way to get a peek of your student during the day!  As an added bonus, each volunteer will receive credit for a free lunch for his/her child(ren) in your Children's Choice account.  The more you volunteer, the more free lunches will be credited to your account!  To volunteer for your choice of dates, click here.  Please contact Pam Fernandes at pam_ann_fernandes( at )yahoo.com with any questions about volunteering.  Questions regarding the program?  Contact Rebecca Wang at rebs1( at )aol.com or (650) 888-8085.
